Hello Everybody! I know it's a little late, but I want to share with you a layout that I did to celebrate my Dad! I made the layout using the June Hip Kit Club kits and I put it in a frame and gave it to my Dad for Father's Day because baseball is his favorite! It's one of my favorite things too! I have so many happy memories of going to Dodger games with my Papa over the years...this pic is from the last one we went to together a couple years ago. We were dressed in our Dodger blue so I wanted to use multiple shades of blue to reflect the blue in the picture. There are so many fun blues in the kits this month - like the navy blue chevron I used here from Jen Hadfield Homemade and the light blue and white stripe patterned paper which is an exclusive from Hip Kit. I thought it would be cute to do a quilt of different blue patterns to frame the pic too so I used the patchwork patterned paper from Pink Paislee Fancy Free, cut out all the blue squares and stitched them together with a stitch that reminded me of the kind that you see on a baseball.
