Hello friends, I'm here today to share a holiday layout using the Jolly collection. Christmas has come and gone, but I'm still full of the holiday spirit and have lots of festive photos to scrap! For today's layout, I focused on using the leftovers from my kit.
I started by punching tiny squares from the scraps I had left over. I used lots of colors and patterns but tried to stick to the smaller designs. I arranged the squares in three rows around the edges of my page, creating a frame. I didn't have the patience to line them up perfectly, so I used a ribbon to cover the edges and help the frame pop!
Next, I added my photo inside the frame. I used my last remaining die cuts and stickers to add embellish and finished off with a splattering of black mist. This layout was super easy to create and was a great use of scraps! It always feels good to finish off a kit, so consider this technique next time you have a few miscellaneous scraps remaining. Thanks for joining me!
