Britanee's Vintage Video Camera

I had such a fun time creating this project which was inspired by one of the ephemera pieces Andrea had made for the collection. I even added it to the project so that everyone could get a better understanding of the 1920s feel of the video camera during that time-period.

This camera is also a box that can be utilized to hold momentos, trinkets, pictures, and treasures. Not just a pretty piece, but a functional piece as well.  

Adding the beautiful glitter paper and stitching throughout truly made this project stand out. I also upcycled some ribbon spools to create the lenses on the front. A great way to add dimension. I'm also a sucker for shakers and had to include some sequins and shaker element to the project. 

With added pieces from the ephemera flowers and eyelash trim really helped make this roaring decade project come to life in Truth, Beauty, Freedom and Love.

Veronica's "My Magical World" 3D, Paper Boombox and Cassettes!

All the ephemera and colors in “My Magical World” give me nostalgic memories, and one thing that is definitely part of my nostalgic childhood is a boombox and cassettes!

This adorable little boombox that has the cassettes inside are perfect for any kind of happy mail swapping and gift giving with many little things inside.

Using sequins that match the colors of this collection inside of the speakers adds a fun shaker element to this boombox. The iridescent acrylic word “Magic” in front of the boombox is subtle and yet gives a shine when moved around.

A flare button and mini record ephemera make it look like there’s buttons on the boom box and add fun details to the front of the boombox.

Veronica's "My Magical World" 3D Paper Mini-Backpack

This magical collection gives of the perfect vibes of what it feels to walk into a crafters mind. I created this little backpack to house a mini journal to write all my magical dreams and ideas. Stitching around each piece of this backpack gives it a subtle texture. I added wire-wrapped sequins and a flair button to the zipper dangle for easy opening. Adorable ephemera, iridescent elements, and flair buttons on the front tie all the magic together.

Kameka's "My Magical World" Kite Box

Hello hello everyone! I am here to share with you my first project as a guest designer for The Fairytale Club by Andrea Bethke! For this project I made a kite box.

This kite box was an SVG file I cut with my Cricut. I then layered it with the "My Magical World" papers. I love how vibrant the papers are! Then I layered up a tag with a rosette and some of the die cuts. OMG these die-cuts guys! You really need to see them in person. I gave each element some dimension with foam tape. Also, when you open the box, you will find it filled with some cute rolled roses!
