Kellie's Pocket Page Notebook Dreamer Layout

TFC_MAY_02

Hi there Fairytale Club peeps, Kellie here with you today to share a mini layout I create in my smaller pocket page notebook.  I think if you've been following along here and would had noticed I have a thing for this style of crafting, FUN!

For this layout I've used the NEW Beautiful Dreamer kit, that is honestly just a dream to be able to create with.

My eldest has started taking photos again.  She's had an eye when it comes to photography and I benefit, because her favourite or only real subject that she can have on hand are her sisters, WIN for me.

Before this kit even arrived on my door step and I was checking the delivery update daily.....  Come on, I know I'm not the only one that stalks their Fairytale Kit right?  I already had plans in my head on what I wanted to create and these photographs were top of the list.

Did you see that this month there is something new?  The chipboard alpha's!  Are they not dreamy?  Confession time, I used the "q" as a "b", honestly it was a mistake and once I realised it didn't bother me as it just worked. I decided to keep these layout's pretty simple.  I'm loving the sentiments within the sticker sheet this month.

To do the pocket I got out my trusty fuse tool and once I was happy with where my photo was placed that I've gone back and front, I fused around it with a metal ruler.  Added sequins in and then fused it up.  BAM, done.  Sounds simple right?  You have no idea the amount of sequins I get everywhere, haha.  But the result is just too good not to lose or wear a few sequins.

i didn't want to sew straight into the pocket page paper.  So I decided to stick down the strips of paper onto a spare bit of cardstock, sew with my sewing machine, trim up and then stuck it down into my pocket page notebook.  This works really well for those hard to get to areas with your machine.

There you have it!  I have another layout coming next week that I can't wait to share with you all.  In the meantime if you haven't signed up for your kit yet, you can do so, HERE.

Kellie's Pocket Page Notebook Perfect Flowers

2019-02-24 13.47.25

Hi there Fairytale Club peep, Kellie from Australia here with you today to share yet another pocket page notebook layout I created.  I've used the Practically Perfect kit that I can not get enough of.

With flowers, gingham and more what isn't to love!

I have a bunch of not printed photographs of flowers and I knew it was time to print a few off and use this kit.  I decided on this photo taken when the family and I went on a weekend getaway in 2017.

This layout just came together and I know I may have said that for all my project recently but they truthfully did and I've been in a bit of a crafty funk lately when it comes to documenting, so this is such a nice change.

For this layout I used the gingham 12 x 12 pattern paper that I cut to size.  then I got all the embellishments out and layered until I was happy with the added touch of the typewriter journalling.BAM layout complete, memories kept and in the books.

Kellie's Pocket Page Notebook Tee Love Layout

2019-02-24 13.50.52

Hi there Kellie with you here today to show you a pocket page notebook layout I created using the You + Me collection that I absolutely love.

2019-02-24 13.50.52

Loving the way this layout came together.  I have a pocket page notebook that is mainly based on the purchases I've made, one I keep from my husband obviously, haha.  This is actually a photo of a tee I brought some time ago and I still love it and it's still one of my favourites.  Because of this I knew that the You + Me kit would be perfect for this layout.  That rose is just stunning and as much as I really wanted to hoard it, I used it instead.

I mean honestly crafty peeps, how cute are those hearts!  I started by knowing what photo I was going to use for the layout. After that it's a matter of going through the kit and often picking out my favourites and that pile can be a little high, haha and then narrowing down what matches in with the photo. Because the tee was black made it easy, what doesn't go with black?  Exactly nothing, right?

Pink, red and blue/teal worked so well together and I already have another idea in mind with plenty left for another layout.

What have you created with your You + Me kit?

Adeline's Spring Planner Week Layout

Hi my fairy friends,

It’s Adeline, and today I will share with you my week layout in my Hobby Lobby planner.

For this layout I have mixed many pieces of stationery from the “Happy Day” kit, such as the project life cards, ephemera, gold foil stickers, flair buttons, washi tapes, and pieces of paper.

I created a cute little pocket with two personal size inserts, so easy to do!  You just have to cut one of the two inserts and glue it to the other insert, then punch your pocket to include it in your planner.  You can slip in important papers or just a little decoration.

I hope that you have enjoyed my post! See you soon for another planner time.

Kiss from France,
Adeline
